Charging the Learnpad

When the charger is inserted in the port check that the red light come on. If it does than it is charging. 


If the red light does not come on it most probably means that the battery is dead flat and needs a boost to start charging again. Leave the charger plugged and after 15-20 minutes, the red light should come on and start charging.  Charging times vary, but you should allow four to six hours for a full charge.

Sometimes the students say that I charged it all night and it still didn’t charge.  When they come to you with this issue please try and switch it on holding the button for 3sec. The Learnpad logo should flashes for a second and go off. After that stick the charger in to the port and plug it in to charge. Wait to see if the red light comes on if it does than let it charge. If the red light does not come on than wait up to 30 minutes to see if the red light comes on. Than it will start charging.  

Make sure you are using a charger that works, meaning you have used it before on another tablet and it has charged in the past. :)

The reason behind this is that the camera will be disabled. Camera is Disabled (no access) OPTION 1 - From Laptop When the students can’t use QR Scanner or Camera they will have the following notification on screen. Log in to your class connect with your user http://connect.learnpad.com Click on Dashboard. Look for th e student's tablet and make sure he/she is online (learnpad is on and connected to the WIFI). You will know because their Learnpad will be coloured. The Learnpads that are offline are on a grayscale.   Select (Click) the student that does not have access to his/her camera. Now all the other Learnpad will be dimmed and only that Learnpad will show.   On the right hand side of the page there are various options. Fing the Advanced option and click on the arrow. There you select Enable Camera. You will know thatthe student's camers is enabled as on your Dashboard you will get...

An Application or File doesn’t open

Click on the three dots  Click on Check for Updates Wait for the updates to download. You will have this notice at the bottom of the screen. Now try and open the application again. Attempt 2 If it still doesn’t work. Power off tablet and start it again. If it still doesn’t work than speak to me.
